Jewelry featured in the online shop is available on a first come, first serve basis.
All currently in-stock jewelry featured in the online shop will ship from our store within 3 business days of purchase. Please allow 1 week for delivery. Pieces will ship with delivery confirmation via. United States Postal Service, insured when necessary. If you need to have your purchase sooner, be sure to reach out to us either by phone at 802-878-3774 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order.
If sizing is required, please note that we will include an initial sizing, but should a significant sizing be needed, additional pricing could apply. Sizing turnaround can take up to 1 week, but we strive to complete it sooner for you. Also note, some rings simply cannot be sized (particularly very small finger sizes) and will need to be cast as a new piece. This could affect turnaround time. As always, reach out to us if you have questions regarding any particular piece.

At Shannon’s Fine Jewelry, we work hard to guarantee your purchases are of the highest quality. If you feel that the piece you have purchased is defective, please contact us so we can accommodate an exchange, replacement, or repair within 30 days. We will inspect your piece, and should we determine it to be defective (without excessive wear or abuse), will exchange, replace, or repair at no charge.
Items exposed to abuse or adverse environments are not guaranteed. We also cannot anticipate any adverse allergic reactions to materials used in our jewelry, or slight variations in color, texture or pattern due to the handmade nature of each item.
